 Second study in baroque cello. Additional lessons with Joseph Crouch. The baroque cello by Nathaniel Cross (1731, London)

was put in her disposal by the Guildhall School.

 

Intensification of historical performance practice through playing a baroque cello by Johann Anton Gedler (1756, Füssen) of the
"Christa and Reinhold Buhl Foundation".

Intermitting the Masters studies in London due to the pandemic.
 

Beginning of the master’s degree in musicology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich after passing the entrance exam.

 

Continuation of the two master’s courses after returning to London. Finishing both degrees:

Master of Music in Performance, Violoncello with distinction (2021), 
London.

Master of Arts, Musicology (2022), Munich.

Start of the newly introduced master’s programme music pedagogy, accompanied by an artistic main subject since September 2023 at the
Robert Schumann music University Düsseldorf under the direction of
Prof. Wolfgang Rüdiger.

Musical upbringing 
in the youth

 

Early musical education during the childhood by the parents who are working in the fields of music performance and pedagogy.

 

Attending classes in violoncello, piano, guitar, singing and voice training, choir, chamber music and orchestra.

Numerous successes at the german wide youth competition "Jugendmusiziert" from 2004 - 2013. Winning of various first prize in the solo cello category and in chamber music formations.

 

First prize winner of the "WDR3 Klassik Preis" of the City of Münster in 2013.

Second prize winner of the bavarian singing competition "Musica Bavariae - Engelsstimmen" under the patronage of Enrico de Paruta and Carolin Reiber. Various concerts and television appearances followed. 

Violoncello lessons with Edgar Gredler (BR) and later with Stephan Haack (MPhil) until the beginning of my studies.
